ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,559,961, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to King Technology Inc. (Minnetonka, Minn.).
"Floating dispenser holder" was invented by David Guy (Maple Grove, Minn.), Jeffrey D Johnson (Edina, Minn.), Darrin Swagel (Minnetonka, Minn.) and Eric Barton (Eden, Minn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A floating dispenser holder having a platform supporting a dispensing cartridge in a dispensing condition and a canopy extending over the dispensing cartridge located on the platform."
The patent was filed on Sept. 9, 2021, under Application No. 17/300,650.
