ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,715,842, issued on Aug. 25, was assigned to KANTO DENKA KOGYO Co. LTD. (Tokyo) and KINKI UNIVERSITY (Osaka, Japan).
