ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,636,362, issued on May 26, was assigned to Kadmon Corp. LLC (Morristown, N.J.).
"Human anti-VEGFR-2/KDR antibodies" was invented by Dan Lu (Montvale, N.J.) and Zhenping Zhu (Woodcliff Lake, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to antibodies that bind to VEGFR-2. The antibodies are used for treating neoplastic diseases, hyperproliferative disorders, and angiogenic disorders and can be used alone or in combination with other agents."
