ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,588,700, issued on March 31, was assigned to JT International SA (Geneva).

"E-liquid composition comprising 1,3-propanediol below 50% by weight of the composition" was invented by Cecile Sinkinson (Versonnex, France) and Akihiro Kondoh (Geneva).
