ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,668,113, issued on June 30, was assigned to Joy Global Underground Mining LLC (Warrendale, Pa.).

"Energy storage system for vehicle and mounting system for same" was invented by Craig Beange (Lively, Canada) and Daniel Black (Whitefish, Canada).
