ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,465,371, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Joint Preservation Innovations LLC (Naperville, Ill.).

"Articulating rotary cutting tool" was invented by Sanjeev Bhatia (Naperville, Ill.), Peter J. Millett (Edwards, Colo.) and James Orrico (Evanston, Ill.).
