ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,669,211, issued on June 30, was assigned to Johns Manville (Denver).

"Moldable glass wool to pipe insulation" was invented by Matthew Girolmo (Lakewood, Colo.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method of insulating a piping system. The method may comprise coupling an uncured insulation substrate to the piping system and setting the uncured insulation substrate to cure the uncured insulation substrate to a cured insulation substrate."

The patent was filed on April 11, 2023, under Application No. 18/133,140.
