US Patent Issued to Java Beard on Sept. 29 for "Deodorant" (New Jersey Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,746,194, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to Java Beard LLC.

"Deodorant" was invented by Brad S. Chapman (Brielle, N.J.), Jennifer Paige Chapman (Brielle, N.J.), Brad J. Chapman (Brielle, N.J.), Quinn H. Chapman (Brielle, N.J.) and Kane R. Chapman (Brielle, N.J.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A coffee oil extract composition is disclosed, along with a composition having deodorant properties comprising an oil extract of roasted coffee beans. A method of making the composition is also disclosed."

The patent was filed on Feb. 18, 2025, under Application No. 19/055,601.
