US Patent Issued to J.A. WOOLLAM on Sept. 2 for "System for, and calibration and testing of directed beam ellipsometer systems" (Nebraska Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,405,210, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to J.A. WOOLLAM Co. INC. (Lincoln, Neb.).

"System for, and calibration and testing of directed beam ellipsometer systems" was invented by Ping He (Lincoln, Neb.), Martin M. Liphardt (Lincoln, Neb.) and Galen L. Pfeiffer (Roca, Neb.).
