US Patent Issued to IP2IPO Innovations on Nov. 3 for "Redox flow battery" (British Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,785,128, issued on Nov. 3, was assigned to IP2IPO Innovations Ltd. (London).

"Redox flow battery" was invented by Anthony Kucernak (London) and Javier Rubio-Garcia (London).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A redox flow battery comprising a gaseous anolyte and, as a catholyte, an organic redox active species having at least one electron directing moiety, wherein the organic redox active species is not unsubstituted parabenzoquinone."

The patent was filed on Nov. 28, 2019, under Application No. 17/297,792.
