ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,594,846, issued on April 7, was assigned to International Truck Intellectual Property Co. LLC (Lisle, Ill.).
"Charging device" was invented by Steven Joseph Dickerson (Lake in the Hills, Ill.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A charging device comprises supply inlets having contact elements engageable with a power source. Charging control modules are included in the supply inlets. A uniform charging standard comprise each of the charging control modules."
The patent was filed on July 1, 2022, under Application No. 17/856,509.
