US Patent Issued to International IP Holdngs on June 2 for "Edible energy composition" (Michigan Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,642,810, issued on June 2, was assigned to International IP Holdngs LLC (Farmington Hills, Mich.).

"Edible energy composition" was invented by Manoj Bhargava (Farmington Hills, Mich.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An energy composition includes a methylated xanthine, a choline derivative, and at least one flavorant in a sufficient amount to render the energy composition palatable. The energy composition may also include vitamins, amino acids, preservatives, and the like."

The patent was filed on Oct. 11, 2021, under Application No. 17/498,200.
