ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,599,673, issued on April 14, was assigned to INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.) and Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Singapore).
