US Patent Issued to Intel on July 14 for "Dynamic microservices allocation mechanism" (Oregon Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,681,763, issued on July 14, was assigned to Intel Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Dynamic microservices allocation mechanism" was invented by Soham Jayesh Desai (Hillsboro, Ore.) and Reshma Lal (Portland, Ore.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A computing platform comprising a plurality of disaggregated data center resources and an infrastructure processing unit (IPU), communicatively coupled to the plurality of resources, to compose a platform of the plurality of disaggregated data center resources for allocation of microservices cluster."
