"Mixed-signal processing integrated in hybrid voltage-time analog to digital converter" was invented by Amy Whitcombe (Saratoga, Calif.), Brent R. Carlton (Portland, Ore.), Sundar Krishnamurthy (Dublin, Calif.) and Deepak Dasalukunte (Beaverton, Ore.).
