ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,658,338, issued on June 16, was assigned to Infineon Technologies Austria AG (Villach, Austria).

"Graphene in electromagnetic systems" was invented by Wolfgang Granig (Seeboden, Austria).
