ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,496,569, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to IMAM MOHAMMAD IBN SAUD ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
