US Patent Issued to Icarus Medical on Aug. 18 for "Expandable socket liner" (Virginia Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,708,545, issued on Aug. 18, was assigned to Icarus Medical LLC (Charlottesville, Va.).

"Expandable socket liner" was invented by Philip Miller (Charlottesville, Va.), David T. Johnson (Charlottesville, Va.), Evan Eckersley (Charlottesville, Va.) and George Miroulis (Virginia Beach, Va.).
