US Patent Issued to Hyundai Mobis on Sept. 15 for "Pedal simulator of vehicle" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,736,995, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to Hyundai Mobis Co. Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Pedal simulator of vehicle" was invented by Myeon Gyu Cha (Yongin-si, South Korea) and Jin Hyun Kim (Yongin-si, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A pedal simulator of a vehicle includes a housing unit, a piston unit slidably mounted on the housing unit, a rotation unit rotatably coupled to the housing unit, and a first damper unit disposed in a plurality of rotation units and compressed by a pressure of the piston unit inside the housing unit."
