ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,653,195, issued on June 16, was assigned to HYPERDESIGN LLC (Louisville, Ky.).
"Portable motorized high temperature pizza oven" was invented by John E. Donohue III (Louisville, Ky.) and Matthew A. Janchar (Weston, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable, high temperature oven includes a cook chamber, a chimney, a motor assembly, and a removable firebox. The motor drives a cook plate within an interior space of the oven. The motor is positioned outside of the cook chamber. The motor drives the cook plate through an insulative coupler."
