ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,531,257, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).
"Output integration system for a plurality of fuel cell engines, and fuel cell vehicle equipped with such an output integration system" was invented by Yuki Fukunishi (Tokyo), Shunichi Hirao (Wako, Japan) and Sohei Takeda (Wako, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A generated electrical output of fuel cell stacks is adjusted, in a manner so that a difference in a residual amount of fuel in fuel tanks between fuel cell engines is reduced."
The patent was filed on Dec. 8, 2022, under Application No. 18/077,475.
