According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A concrete vibrator (1) includes: a vibration generating member (4) that includes a rotating body (3) and generates vibration according to rotation of the rotating body (3); an electric motor (5) that applies a rotational driving force to the rotating body (3); a support member (7) that supports the electric motor (5); and a battery (8) that supplies electric power to the electric motor (5), wherein the battery (8) is disposed above the electric motor (5)."
