US Patent Issued to Honda Motor on April 21 for "Filament winding device and filament winding method" (Japanese Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,605,907, issued on April 21, was assigned to Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A band-shaped bundle is conveyed to a workpiece by a roller row in a filament winding device and a filament winding method. During the conveyance of the band-shaped bundle by the roller row, a width of the band-shaped bundle is adjusted. The band-shaped bundle is wound around the workpiece adjacently in a widthwise direction of the band-shaped bundle."
