ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,590,151, issued on March 31, was assigned to Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. (Little Falls, N.J.).
"Anti-human CD19 antibodies with high affinity" was invented by Thomas Hofer (Zurich, Switzerland), Claudia Ferrara Koller (Zug, Switzerland), Ekkehard Moessner (Kreuzlingen, Switzerland) and Mi He (Zurich, Switzerland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to antibodies against human CD19 (anti-human CD19 antibodies), methods for their production, pharmaceutical compositions containing these antibodies, and methods of using the same."
