"Steer-by-wire steering device" was invented by Hyunbi Kwon (Yongin-si, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to the present embodiments, there may be provided a steer-by-wire steering device with a simplified structure, reduced restrictions to installation space, lower production costs, and reliable steering sensing structure."
