US Patent Issued to Helix Laboratories on Sept. 2 for "Portable dispenser for dosing bacteria concentrate into sewer lines" (Texas Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,404,668, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Helix Laboratories Inc. (Dallas).

"Portable dispenser for dosing bacteria concentrate into sewer lines" was invented by John Bradley Harrell (Dallas) and John Breck Harrell (Dallas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable dispenser hung in a sewer line manhole automatically doses selected quantities of bacteria concentrate and/or other compounds into the sewer line to combat the buildup of organic matter near the source."

The patent was filed on Sept. 13, 2023, under Application No. 18/466,523.
