ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,603,571, issued on April 14, was assigned to Halo Microelectronics International (Campbell, Calif.).

"Switched capacitor converter and control method" was invented by Rui Liu (Fremont, Calif.), Songnan Yang (Frisco, Texas), Shuang Han (Foshan City, China), Rong Shu (Foshan City, China), Wenrui Bai (Foshan City, China) and Qing Cui (Foshan City, China).
