ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,624,064, issued on May 12, was assigned to Gyros Protein Technologies AB (Uppsala, Sweden).

"Linker molecule and use thereof in methods for purifying peptides" was invented by Robert Zitterbart (Berlin) and Oliver Seitz (Berlin).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a method for the purification of peptides which are produced by solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and corresponding linker molecules for use in said method.
