ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,594,274, issued on April 7, was assigned to Gulch Pharma AB (Sollentuna, Sweden).
"Method for preparing a crystalline form of rabeximod" was invented by Ulf Bjorklund (Uppsala, Sweden).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a process for preparing 9-Chloro-2,3-dimethyl-6-(N,N-dimethylaminoethylamino-2-oxoethyl)-6H-indolo-[2,3-b]quinoxaline, wherein said process is suitable for large scale synthesis."
The patent was filed on June 10, 2021, under Application No. 18/000,943.
