US Patent Issued to GOOGLE on March 3 for "Encoding and decoding using tiling" (American, Finnish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,568,226, issued on March 3, was assigned to GOOGLE LLC (Mountain View, Calif.).

"Encoding and decoding using tiling" was invented by Ronald Sebastiaan Bultje (San Jose, Calif.) and Sami Aleksi Pietila (Oulu, Finland).
