"Micro-LED encapsulated structure including two polymeric layers" was invented by Bradley Allen Newcomb (Troy, Mich.), Thomas S. Prevost (West Bloomfield, Mich.) and Julien P. Mourou (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.).
