US Patent Issued to GlobalWafers on Dec. 2 for "Ingot puller apparatus that axially position magnetic poles" (South Korean, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,486,594, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to GlobalWafers Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Ingot puller apparatus that axially position magnetic poles" was invented by JaeWoo Ryu (Chesterfield, Mo.), Carissima Marie Hudson (Saint Charles, Mo.), JunHwan Ji (Cheonan-si, South Korea) and WooJin Yoon (Cheonan-si, South Korea).
