ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,683,555, issued on July 14, was assigned to GlobalFoundries U.S. Inc. (Malta, N.Y.).

"Power amplifier with biasing scheme enabling high power operation" was invented by Abdellatif Bellaouar (Richardson, Texas) and Shafiullah Syed (Murphy, Texas).
