ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,528,809, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to GlaxoSmithKline Intellectual Property Development Ltd. (Stevenage, Great Britain).
"Crystalline forms of gepotidacin" was invented by Ricky Wayne Couch (Durham, N.C.), Wenning Dai (West Chester, Pa.), Senthil Davison (Raleigh, N.C.), Israil Pendrak (Collegeville, Pa.) and Glenn Robert Williams (Pearland, Texas).
