ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,532,878, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to GLASWERKE ARNOLD GMBH & Co. KG (Remshalden, Germany).
"Transparent pane" was invented by Hans-Joachim Arnold (Remshalden, Germany) and Hermann Dehner (Feuchtwangen, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A transparent pane comprising a first optically active pattern in a first plane, and a second optically active pattern in a second plane, the second plane being positioned at a distance from the first plane in the direction of thickness of the pane."
