US Patent Issued to Givaudan on Aug. 4 for "Colour-stable preparation of a magnesium chlorophyllin alkali metal salt or alkali earth metal salt from natural sources of chlorophyll" (British Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,698,397, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to Givaudan SA (Vernier, Switzerland).

"Colour-stable preparation of a magnesium chlorophyllin alkali metal salt or alkali earth metal salt from natural sources of chlorophyll" was invented by Andrew Kendrick (Hatton, Great Britain) and Stuart David Thorpe (Birmingham, Great Britain).
