US Patent Issued to GC on Oct. 20 for "Fit checking material composition for dental use" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,766,078, issued on Oct. 20, was assigned to GC Corp. (Shizuoka, Japan).

"Fit checking material composition for dental use" was invented by Yoshiya Kaminosono (Tokyo) and Jun Sato (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fit checking material composition for dental use includes a first paste and a second paste. A mixture of the first paste and the second paste 35 seconds after mixing the first paste and the second paste, has a consistency of 37 mm or greater and 43 mm or less at 23deg C."
