According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An example of a casting platform system for mounting on a boat deck includes a support frame having a plurality of support legs and a casting platform that is removably attached to the support frame. The casting platform comprises a base plate and a support accessory extending from and supported above the base plate."
