ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,412,968, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Fujikura Ltd. (Tokyo).

"Digital phase shift circuit and digital phase shifter" was invented by Yusuke Uemichi (Sakura, Japan).
