ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,581,620, issued on March 17, was assigned to Frore Systems Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Exit channel configuration for MEMS-based actuator systems" was invented by Vikram Mukundan (San Ramon, Calif.), Ananth Saran Yalamarthy (Stanford, Calif.), Suryaprakash Ganti (Los Altos, Calif.), Seshagiri Rao Madhavapeddy (La Jolla, Calif.) and Prabhu Sathyamurthy (San Jose, Calif.).
