ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,749,697, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to FORD GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC (Dearborn, Mich.).

"Method and system for dynamically modifying fuel cell stack current to manage fuel cell membrane hydration" was invented by Zeng Qiu (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Mostafa-Ali Ayubirad (Burlington, Vt.), Hao Wang (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Majed Ben-Kalefa (Canton, Mich.), Rajit Johri (San Francisco) and William Frederick Sanderson Jr. (Commerce Township, Mich.).
