ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,487,329, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Ford Global Technologies LLC (Dearborn, Mich.).

"In-vehicle biometrics with ultrawideband radar" was invented by Ali Hassani (Ann Arbor, Mich.) and Collin Hurley (Canton, Mich.).
