"Light-coupling device" was invented by Ting-Ta Hu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Po-Yi Wu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chieh-Yu Fang (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Ting-Yan Lin (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
