ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,601,005, issued on April 14, was assigned to FemtoDx Inc. (Beverly Hills, Calif.).
"Methods for increasing the molecular specificity of a nanosensor" was invented by Shyamsunder Erramilli (Quincy, Mass.) and Pritiraj Mohanty (Beverly Hills, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Systems and methods for detecting a target species using a semiconductor nanosensor are generally described."
The patent was filed on Aug. 12, 2019, under Application No. 16/537,833.
