US Patent Issued to Father Flanagan's Boys' Home Business on March 17 for "Neutralizing antibodies to human endothelin" (Nebraska Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,577,300, issued on March 17, was assigned to Father Flanagan's Boys' Home Business (Omaha, Neb.).

"Neutralizing antibodies to human endothelin" was invented by Dominic Cosgrove (Omaha, Neb.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This application provides antibodies and functional equivalents thereof which are capable of neutralizing endothelin-1, as well as their use in the treatment of disease conditions associated with endothelin-1 activation, such as Alport syndrome."
