US Patent Issued to EVER NUERO PHARMA on March 31 for "Method of prolonging the lifespan of patients with cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) using a cerebrolysin(R) preparation" (Austrian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,589,118, issued on March 31, was assigned to EVER NUERO PHARMA GMBH (Unterach am Attersee, Austria).

"Method of prolonging the lifespan of patients with cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) using a cerebrolysin(R) preparation" was invented by Stefan Winter (Scharfling, Austria) and Herbert Mossler (Mondsee, Austria).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is cerebrolysin for use in reducing mortality in CADASIL (cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy) patients."
