ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,409,421, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to ENTEGRIS INC. (Billerica, Mass.).
"Sintered porous body with multiple layers" was invented by Robert Zeller (Boston).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described are porous, sintered metal bodies that include multiple layers made from different metal particles and that may be useful as porous filter membranes, as well as methods of making and using the porous, sintered metal bodies."
