ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,548,584, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (Daejeon, South Korea) and THE TRUSTEES OF INDIANA UNIVERSITY (Indianapolis).
