US Patent Issued to Edwards Lifesciences on Oct. 20 for "Suture encapsulation processes and systems" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,766,216, issued on Oct. 20, was assigned to Edwards Lifesciences Corp. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Suture encapsulation processes and systems" was invented by Ekaterina Tkatchouk (Huntington Beach, Calif.) and Maria L. Saravia (Irvine, Calif.).
