ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. PP37,281, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to EARLY MORNING LLC (Greendale, Ind.).
"Grapevine plant named 'JB 12-24-E4-12'" was invented by Patterson Jeffrey Bloodworth (Hillsborough, N.C.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new grapevine plant particularly distinguished by large, seedless, attractively colored berries borne in well-filled clusters, unlike traditional seeded muscadines, which are marketed as individual berries, typical muscadine aroma and flavor, is disclosed."
The patent was filed on Oct. 19, 2023, under Application No. 18/489,982.
